Hybrid event on cybersecurity

The 2022 edition of Fortinet Security Day Stockholm – a full-day event on cybersecurity with keynotes in the morning, in-depth sessions in different tracks in the afternoon and closing mingle. Of course, we keep our fingers crossed that you want to meet us on site in Stockholm, but for those who do not have that opportunity, we will live stream the event this year as well. This is what it said on the invitation to all participants and we at Centas were responsible for the event equipment on site and also live stream out to those who could not attend.

During the morning, the event consisted of a room with keynotes and after lunch it was divided into three smaller breakout sessions where everything was streamed simultaneously via the Invite People platform.

Mobile studios – convenient and efficient

We brought three mobile streaming racks, which are smaller pre-built mobile studios for flexibility and time efficiency. To these we just connect cameras and lights, then we have a ready-made streaming studio.

Hybrid events are something that has increased significantly after the pandemic and many customers and participants are asking for accessibility. Therefore, at Centas we have mobile studios that we roll into existing premises and so quite easily we create a hybrid meeting.
