Requirements and experience
You have at least 2 years of experience as a project manager or technical production manager at an event/production agency or a past as an AV technician who wants to take a new step in your career
You have a good understanding of the logistics and craftsmanship in the production of physical environments
You like to challenge yourself with new ideas
You are handy and practical
You are used to creating quotes and working to a budget
You are meticulous, follow your schedules and never leave anything to chance
You are solution-oriented and see opportunities where others see difficulties
You are self-motivated in your work and a team player who is happy to help your colleagues
You prefer varied work with new challenges
Duties and areas of responsibility
Proactively propose, plan, run and organize both large and small events, seminars and meetings.
The operation of all or parts of an event, usually the technical part. This means everything from staffing, assembly of the right technical equipment, planning and coordination to implementation and follow-up.
Contact person for the customer and with a high sense of presence follows the customer from planning to follow-up.
Carry out events professionally and with high quality in terms of, for example, communication, speakers, premises, food and overall experience.
